FAQ

Answers to common questions

  • Ballpark figures: a landing page — around $500, a corporate site — around $1,200, an online store — around $2,500, a complex web service with a user account — around $4,000. These are typical numbers for a full scope of work at average market rates. If your scope is smaller — the price will be lower. We estimate every project individually, so reach out even if your budget seems modest — we'll work out a fit. Our calculator or a short call will give you a precise range.

  • We work on prepayment only. The payment can be split into two stages of 50% each — first before kickoff, second after the mid-project review. The exact schedule is discussed individually.

  • Usually yes — we build an admin panel (a control panel where you can edit text, images, add pages or products without a developer). But if your content is stable and you don't need to edit it often — the admin panel can be skipped, which lowers the cost. For everyone who gets an admin panel, we record video tutorials: how to use the site and how to edit through the control panel. You can rewatch them anytime.

  • We choose technology to fit your goals — not the other way around. For standard sites and stores we recommend ready platforms with flexible admin panels — each strong in its niche, and most needs (CRM, payments, user accounts) are covered by their built-in modules. We do custom development on modern technologies only when the standard platform capabilities aren't enough for the specific project logic — this gives better speed, flexibility, and easier scaling later. On a free consultation we'll advise which option will last longest for you specifically.

  • Basic SEO practices are included in every project by default: clean markup so search engines can read the site easily, readable URLs, meta descriptions for Google, sitemap, load speed, proper mobile rendering. Without this foundation no promotion works. The rest (content strategy, niche audit, keyword research) depends on the project's goals — we discuss separately what you actually need.

  • Yes — the site's architecture is designed for growth from day one: new pages, third-party integrations, language versions, user accounts — all can be added gradually. Every improvement is estimated separately; before we start we lock in scope and price in a short addendum to the contract, so there's no «we agreed on one thing but paid for another».

  • Ballpark timelines: a landing page — 14–30 days, a corporate site — 30–60 days, an online store — 60–120 days, a complex web service with a user account — 90–180 days. These are average development timelines for a full scope of work. Everything depends on scope and complexity — if your project is smaller than standard, timelines can be shorter. Exact deadlines are always locked into the contract before we start.

  • After launch we stay in touch — call or write with any questions. If you need ongoing technical support with guaranteed response times, plans usually start from $150/month; the exact price depends on scope (for small sites it can be lower). Standard plan covers: site updates, backups, uptime monitoring, minor edits.

  • Domain and hosting are separate services from third-party providers, registered in your name, not ours. We can recommend trusted providers and set everything up turnkey — but control and access credentials remain yours from day one.

  • Yes, responsiveness is a baseline part of the work, not an upcharge. Every site looks correct on mobile, tablet, and desktop by default, and we test it on different real devices before launch. We pay special attention to the mobile version — because more than half of visitors come from phones.

  • Standard security measures are included by default: secure connection (HTTPS — the padlock icon in the site address), encryption of sensitive data, regular updates of site components, a CDN with DDoS protection (filters suspicious traffic before it reaches the site). For specific tasks (payment systems, personal data, custom access levels) we discuss additional measures separately for your project.
