Website redesign that brings more clients

If your goal is for the site to start attracting clients again and keep the trust of those already with you, then we are ready to update it for this task.

What you get

What's included

  1. We redraw the interface to fit the current brand image — colors, typography, illustrations, icons, and brand elements. The site looks modern and matches how the company is perceived today.

  2. We give special attention to the mobile version, since most visitors arrive from a phone. The site works correctly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

  3. We redesign navigation and user flows: visitors quickly find what they need and reach the target action. The structure serves your goals rather than remaining a legacy of the previous version.

  1. We rewrite the markup to modern standards and speed up loading. The site becomes lighter and more stable — opens faster on phones and in search results.

  2. We build a map of old and new URLs, set up correct redirects, and migrate the metadata. This way the search traffic and earned positions carry over after launch.

  3. If we change only the styling, we apply updates directly to your site, with a backup if needed. If the structure changes, we build a new version from scratch and migrate your database to the updated site.

Process

Redesign stages

  1. Communication

We discuss the details of the redesign, the current site situation, your audience, and the tasks it should solve. We capture expectations in a brief — so we better understand your project and propose the right approach to update it.

  2. Audit of the existing site

We examine your current site — structure, content, usability, technical layer, and SEO. We identify the strengths worth preserving and the weak points that need refreshing.

  3. Competitor analysis

We research the market, target audience and competitor approaches. We assemble a new structure and prototype of the site based on the strongest solutions in the industry and your goals — and agree it with you before design begins.

  4. Design

We design the refreshed site in Figma. For custom development we prepare 2–3 concepts to choose from; for a template-based approach we adapt a ready-made site template right in the builder to your brand identity. We refine it to the final look.

  5. Development

We migrate the content, build the pages according to the new design, set up the CMS, forms, responsive version, analytics, and redirects from the old URLs. Everything works as a single mechanism. The number of services we configure is individual for each project — depending on goals and needs.

  6. Result

We launch the refreshed site and run a final check — speed, redirects, forms, the mobile version. We hand over full access — the project is yours and ready to work on the new goals.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • The cost depends on the size of the site, the depth of changes and the integrations you need, so it's individual for each project. On average our redesigns cost from $3,500 to $7,500 — for you specifically it can be either lower or higher. To find out the real figure for your case, take a short test in the calculator: you answer a few basic questions and get a precise estimate.

  • Keeping search traffic is a dedicated part of the work. Before launch we map the old and new URLs, set up correct redirects, carry over titles and descriptions, and verify the technical markup. That way the positions you've already earned in Google keep working for the new version of the site.

  • The clearest sign is when the site stops keeping up with the business: the company has grown, new services or audiences have appeared, the mobile version looks dated and visitors struggle to find what they need. If you feel the site presents the company differently than you'd like, or struggles with the new goals — that's a strong signal. At the first meeting we help you decide: we'll look at your case and tell you whether a full redesign is the right move right now.

  • From you — access to the current site and analytics. The rest is on us: through analytics we see which pages bring in clients; the site audit, niche review and reference selection are our work. At the first meeting we discuss what you like about the site and what you'd like to change. If you already have a brand book, new copy or ideas — we'll factor them in.

  • On average we deliver a redesign in 4–10 weeks — the exact timeline depends on the size of the site, the depth of changes and the readiness of your materials, so yours can be either faster or longer. We state the exact term after discussing the scope of work and fix it in the contract.

  • Yes, always. Before work begins we take a full backup — code, content and database. All redesign stages run on a separate environment so the current version of the site stays available to visitors. We switch to the new version only after a full check and your confirmation.

  • It depends on the state of the foundation. If the technical layer is alive, the content is up to date and the site still handles its core tasks — a redesign is the rational choice: faster, more affordable, with SEO positions preserved. If the architecture is outdated, the business model is changing fundamentally or you need deep integrations the current site wasn't built for — building a new site from scratch is the logical path. At the first meeting we look at your situation and honestly advise which route is more advantageous in your case.

  • By default we work with your existing content — moving it, reformatting it and updating it for the new design. If part of the texts or images needs to be refreshed, we bring in a copywriter for the text or a designer for new images — the scope and terms are agreed separately.
